Mixed Media Project

This was an assignment for a media and biology class where we had to take a scientific article and rewrite it as a newspaper article that was more accessible to a general audience.

We also could create an art piece as an extra credit portion for this assignment. As my article was based on foot health I found old medical diagrams from a doctor's office that was closing down in my area and repurposed them into pieces of art for this project. For this project, I only used materials I could find around my house as I feel the purpose of my mixed media art is to be as resourceful as possible.
